Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY
Sellers on Kids & Crew are all able to send your purchases directly to an address that’s convenient for you. Each Seller is responsible for getting your purchases to you as quickly as possible and set their own delivery options and pricing. We ask all Sellers to dispatch orders within 48 hours, and while the time it takes to get to your door depends on the location of the Seller relative to your address, standard delivery times are 5-7 days for most metropolitan areas.

Occasionally delivery times may vary for some products, and this will be communicated on the product page. If you have any concerns regarding a delivery feel free to contact us at our office on 08 8242 8400 or supportcrew@kidsandcrew.com.au

RETURNS
Please refer to the returns policy of the Seller who sold your item.

  • Goods are in a saleable condition
  • Goods are unworn and unused with original tags attached and/or sealed packaging
  • Goods are not subject to an exclusions list 

The exchange or refund is sought within a reasonable period of time (in most cases a reasonable period of time is deemed to be 30 days)

What should I do if a Seller refused to accept a refund?
If a seller will not accept a refund that you feel you are entitled to, you should escalate the matter to our customer service team by emailing supportcrew@kidsandcrew.com.au or calling 08 8242 8400.
